I have the BEST job in the world! I get to make parents lives easier by working hand in hand to develop a solid parenting plan. I also get to work with wonderful clients in a life coach setting, helping them to discover how to be their best selves. People always want to know how I got started…when my first child was two, I discovered, while on a beach vacation with my sisters and parents, that I needed parenting help. Yep. They didn’t hold back and told me that I needed some parenting skills. My two-year old tyrant had complete control of my family. That was where my journey began, with a box of parenting books (sent to me by my therapist mother), Love and Logic Facilitator training, an ICF coaching certification…and 18 years later I am extremely grateful to support families and individuals as both a life and parent coach.
I am a native of Overland Park, KS where I grew up with three sisters and a revolving door of highly untrained dogs. I am a proud graduate of Indiana University, and I am lucky enough to share my alma mater with both of my grown children who live in Chicago. My husband Adam and I are enjoying an empty nest. We love living in Charlotte, NC and have called it home for most of our married life. I am a trained Love and Logic Facilitator as well as a certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation

A graduate of Indiana University, Wendy received a B.A. in Communications and went on to work in the Marketing and Advertising field. She has completed training for Parenting the Love and Logic Way® and 9 Essential Skills for the Love and Logic Classroom® training in Denver, CO where she had the pleasure of enhancing her Love and Logic® teaching skills with Jim Fay, Dr. Foster Cline and Dr. Charles Fay. Wendy also earned her ACC from the International Coaching Federation.
